We set up a Tort Claim against GodAddyllc, GodAddy operating co., Ave Satanis, Godbehere, to collect the victims’ reports of Robert (Bob) Ralph Parsons, Amanpal Singh Bhutani, Ave Satanis, Godbehere, godaddyllc, go daddy operating company et al.
At the bottom of each page on our altered/redesigned website, which was “vangaurdcorporations.com” and today Parsons-Bhutani put it on godaddyllc auction block for $13,207, and by the deception, scam and fraud, was stolen from us, and this also is infringement of our International Copy Rights. The Tort Claim email is especially used to collect the reports from around the globe from people who like us:
are victims of the above by deception, scam, fraud and/or IP theft, copyright’s infringements, or other that would help to put these criminals front of the judge, please email us (“Tort Claim” email at the bottom of every page) your report with relevant information:
* Your Name. Please use your real name for the court proceeding, as court/judge may disqualify your claim. Also, your real name would be required if Tort Claim will be won, and you will be entitled to your portion of damages suffered. Your name and your information will be only seen by our attorneys and the court/judge.
* Country and State/Province/Oblast etc.
* Email address
* The nature of the crime. Please be specific of the process used against you. Try to be short, one page of text, you can add a PDF attachment.
The call center people in India, outside of the US Judicial Jurisdiction, that you talk to, are most likely unaware that they are used for the scam and the deception. But I was able to have very short word exchange with the “floor manager” that was proud that they were able to take over our vangaurdcorporations.com domain. He actually was happy about what is happening. So, definitively, they know very well that they are committing crimes days in, and days out. I even told him straight to his face, “...mister, what you doing is a crime...” He just hang up on me. We also have a 14-page document proving we did all we could to pay, and they refused to take our payment, because as he said, “... now you no longer are the owners” but came short of telling that they pull the plug on us before contract terms expired.
The godaddyllc personnel, based on our own case with them, are Top Shelve conartist criminals, are rude, and ruthless, after you bit their hosting “service.” All they do in the “domain service” is they are evaluating the traffic and other data to evaluate the potential value of your domain. Our domain name: vangaurdcorporations was registered about February 14, 2020 and they pull trigger on us when it hit their required value of $13,207 in early February of 2022. So, they were measuring the progress of our domain name.
They deceive, scam, and defraud and steal from their victims all around the globe. So, wherever you live, and have been victimized by them, we want to hear from you now. And please, start a legal process against godaddyllc et al in your own countries and states, wherever you live. Whatever you do, put them front of the Judge where you live.
Now our "redesign" domain name is vanguard-corporations.com that you are on right now, is all the same, except the “ - “ hyphen that separates the word Vanguard from the word corporations, and as soon we were able to put our redesigned name vanguard-corporations.com into the internet, Bhutan-Ave-Satanis, Godbehere, immediately posted a mirror domain name for sale: vanguard-corporations.net
Parsons-Bhutani-Ave Satanis, are watching your every step as does Facebook, google, twitter, the quasi government data collection agencies.
